James Ermini, Esq., is a real estate attorney and broker with more than 30 years of representation in the real estate industry.  He is thoroughly familiar with the intricacies of real estate and has more than $100 million dollars of transactional experience representing buyers, sellers, and financial institutions, both as an attorney and real estate broker.
